Over the past decade, I've have written 5 books, conducted at least a

100 seminars, and helped thousands of patients live healthier and happier lives through my medical expertise and stress management teachings.

My experience in life combined with research + medical knowledge + learning insights, all together convinced me without an iota of doubt that Calmness is the most powerful tool we have at our disposal to Win the Battle of Life - To find Success, Happiness, Balance and all the good things that life has to offer.


Life is a contact sport. Challenges hit us one after another. Many succumb to the stress that comes with it but you don't have to! Provided, if you learn the Principles and Techniques of Stress Mastery. Then you will learn to gracefully handle it and use it to your advantage.

How It All Started

It all started in 2007 in a totally unexpected, rather shocking situation. I was caught in a perfect storm of stress, at the verge of career failure, financial crisis...I was afraid to show my face to friends...I didn't want my family to be disappointed in me...but more importantly I was at risk of losing all I got. Without success, my life would regress to the trenches and probably would be stuck there forever...

Gripped by fear, I desperately searched for answers everywhere...but couldn't find them... neither in books nor in the advice of well-wishers. Weeks passed by and my situation was still hopeless. That was definitely one of the lowest points in my life.

As I continued to endure the stress and suffering, one day, finally, destiny had me stumble upon POWERFUL PRINCIPLES and TECHNIQUES that instantaneously calmed me down. My thoughts, restlessly running at million miles per second, came to a sudden halt. The negativity in my mind vanished suddenly as if someone vacuumed it out. A deep peace emanated from within.

A Fascinating Discovery

But...the situation around me hasn't changed...same problems...same debacles. A few minutes later, I started feeling joyful! I felt liberated from the emotional pain

I endured for months. Initially, I didn't understand.

"How can a person be happy when his/her circumstances are dire?" I thought that my situation has to get better before I can feel better. The events of the next few weeks proved to me that it's the other way around... Once we feel better, the situations around us change favorably!

But there is more to the story. Not only that I felt peaceful but the adverse situation got reversed. Within 3 months

I achieved what most people would consider it as impossible! No one believed I could turn the tables around! Success, Happiness, Abundance, and all the good things came back to me, miraculously!

Later, I came to understand from Dr. Judith Sedgeman,

my professor at the university, the reason behind my experience. More on it later...

Building The Expertise

Fascinated by this experience, I took up the study of the subject 'Innate Health and Resilience', during my Masters in Public Health. During those years I had such curiosity, that I read extensively, did the course work not to just get grades but as if I was doing a PhD on this subject.

Not only that, I added my medical knowledge as a physician, yoga philosophy as taught by Master Paramahansa Yogananda, experimented with various meditation techniques, and amalgamated them with precious life lessons!

From 2007 (when I got first exposed to these Principles) to 2012 (when I first gave my public speech) to a group of physicians on stress management, I went through some of the most terrible life experiences. The upside is that it gave me the opportunity to dive deep, experiment, and practically apply these Principles and Techniques. When I applied them, no matter what the situation was, the result had always been the same - Peace and Joy. It wouldn't be an understatement to say that each time, I have risen like a Phoenix from the Ashes!
